Q: How long are your films?
A: It depends on how much we film. The more footage we have, the longer the film will be. A full wedding day is averaged between 10-30 minutes. 

Q: How can I pay you for your services?
A: We accept cash, check, PayPal, and CashApp as of now. Specific information will be emailed to you once you decide to book with us.

Q: Do you provide flash drives or DVDs?
A: Flash drive, yes. DVD, not at this time.

Q: When will I receive my film after the event?
A: Our contract states that we have up to 45 days to provide your film to preview, however, it usually takes between 2-4 weeks depending on the length of the film.

Q: On the wedding day, what time will you arrive?
A: We will discuss the 6 hour time range prior to the wedding day.

Q: Do you film during the week?
A: Unfortunately we do not.

Q: Can you film AND take photos for my wedding/event?
A: No, you will also need to hire a photographer for wedding/event photos.

Q: Do you offer photoshoots?
A: Unfortunately we do not. We focus on filmmaking.

Q: Do you film music videos?
A: At this time, we do not.

Q: Can I request specific songs/music for my film?
A: Absolutely! Be mindful of copyright strikes on social media though!

Q: What if I've lost my film and the download link expires? 
A: It is very important to download the link to a multiple locations (flash drive, cloud service, etc) because it is not guaranteed that we will keep the entire film after the download link expires.
